Occupational Rehabilitation Services including Job Site Analysis (JSAs), Ergonomic Assessments (offices, home offices, and/or industrial/manufacturing worksites), Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), Cognitive Abilities Evaluations (CAEs), Return to work planning and monitoring/assistance, Work Hardening and Exercise Therapy, Cognitive Remediation treatment, Disability Case Management services and other consultations as requested. Mental Health services including Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychosocial Risk Factor Interventions (including PGAP)  Home Safety and Mobility Assessments, Wheelchair Assessments, as well as Home Modification / Vehicle Modification Assessments.

Most services can be completed in clinic at our St. John’s or Marystown offices, or at the client’s home or work environment as requested. Some services may also be offered Virtually for those in remote areas of the province.

Availability – Office hours: 8:00am 4:30pm, with flexibility to work beyond these hours if necessary and depending on the travel associated with a service.
