ProActive Occupational Health Services (POHS)

Province Wide - ProActive Wellness Centre Clinics

We offer Occupational Rehabilitation services which include Job Site Analysis, Functional Assessments, Post-Offer Employment Testing, Ergonomic Assessments/Workstation Reviews, Clinic Based Occupational Rehabilitation Programs, Return-to-Work Programs, Home Modification Assessments, Traumatic Stress Services, Injury Prevention Programs, Manual Handling Seminars, Exercise Therapy and more! We offer our services in-clinic, on-site or virtually.

Availability: Office hours are 8am-4pm but have flexibility to work beyond these hours if necessary and depending on the travel associated with the service.
